Here is an overview of a section of the automatic printing area. 

Due to its size and dimensions we can only get a partial floor shot.

You are looking at our 2 - 12 color fully automated screen printing presses.  They are capable of printing up to 80 dozen shirts per hour.   After printing the shirts are laid on the conveyor belt and they take a 30 second trip through a 1000 degree oven which dries the ink completely.  When they exit the dryer and cool down they are completely done and can go right into a washing machine, although they usually go into a cardboard box!  We are very proud of the level of cleanliness we maintain in our printing facilities.  This is what it looks like every day.  There was no special prep for this photo!!!
